SD-QGF-1300 syrup filling and lid-revolving machine is composed of bottle-setting
machine, wind-blowing machine, eight-head filling machine and lid-revolving machine.
It can be fit together with auto-label-attaching machine, box-sealing machine
and so on to form an auto-production line according to the requirement. This
production line is the ideal one for producing syrup and nutrition liquid at present.
It can be equipped with 6, 8 or 10 straight-line-filling heads according
to the requirement of clients, which meets the requirement of GMP.

Main characteristics of its function:
1) The bottle-blowing machine has dust-absorbing and dust-collecting installation,
so it does not pollute the environment, and can blow the bottle clean
2) Filling and lid-revolving heads can be added or reduced according to client's
requirement to meet producing requirement of different output
3) Part which touches the medicine liquid is made of 316L stainless steel completely,
meeting the requirement of GMP
4) Lid-revolving adopts the style of magnetic force, so it does not hurt the lid,
and the lid will not loose
5) Adopts PLC control, it can be operated alone and can also be connected to be
operated
