1. Bottle Feeding Machine (feeding table)

2. SD-XGF-8-8-2 three-in-one washing, filling and capping monoblock

Washing filling and capping three in one filling equipment is one

high precision and speed liquid filling machine, product design

adopts bottle-neck block technology, not only avoid bottle-neck

second pollution, but also can produce different bottle shape

filling in one machine. Greatly improve the equipment usage

scope. Production capacity can be customized accordingly.

Mainframe machine adopts frequency conversion timing motor,

convenience adjustment speed within throughput.

3.Machine description: Labeling Machine

Model SD-LTB-A Vertical Labeler for round bottle is mainly used in food, chemical and medicine industry. It can realize the automatic bottle-conveying, label separating, labeling round the bottle and a series of steps. Step-less speed adjustment, easy operation and adjustment with high speed and efficiency. The label will be attached to the exact position with high accuracy and low noise. The spare parts can be matched by customers specific requirement.

4. INKJET PRINTER(can print maximum 3 rows)

It can be used to print date or something else on the bottle or other

products.

5. Bottle collection table

Main Components: (1) Stainless steel platform (2) protection bar

(3) motor

The finished product will enter into bottle collection table directly

through conveyer for final packing.

6. Conveyor

Main Components: (1) stainless chain belt (2) bracket / frame work  (3) protection bar board(4) fastening frame (5)transmission shaft .

It is used for the connection of the machines included in an automatic line to convey the products & make it runs continuously.
