PET Mono-bloc filling machine

1.     summarize

Bottles enter filling machine from air conveyor, the rinsing clamp take the bottle neck turn 180°follow the guide, make the bottle mouth adown, the rinsing nozzle spraying disinfector at first. sterilize the bottle turn 180°again, ensure the bottle mouth up. The undefiled bottles is transported to filling parts via star wheel. The bottle is hold by the neck splint, then rising bottles by the splint, it start to filling when the bottle mouth touch the filling valve, bottles go down apart from valve after finish filling. Bottles enter capping machine via bottle neck clamp, the gyre prevent device clamp the bottles neck and ensure the bottles up and prevent the bottles move. The capping heads make action of revolution and rotations. In the effect of cam making take caps-set cap-revolve caps-disengage; finish the capping. The finished bottles are discharged and enter convey belt, the convey belt transport the bottles out of mono-bloc filling machine. The whole machine adopt closed by window,, the window height higher then the top of the machine.

Bottle enter device

 Air conveyor connect with feeding star wheel

 Bottle feeding wheel adopts innovating designed, have the function of bottle separating and bottle clamping, not bottle enter screw and convey belt, it will be very convenient for different bottles size, no need to change any parts.

Assembled bottle blocking protecting device.

Bottle rinsing device

Adopts 2 stage bottle rinsing method, at first rinsing by disinfector, then rinsing by clear water, then drop-dry.

All bottle holding plate adopt stainless steel-AISI 304welding.

Big plane dentation bearing, running smoothly and durably.

The bottle mouth clamp taking the bottle neck, avoid the tradition rubber pollute the bottles. The clamp adopt stainless steel-AISI304, sanitation and durably.

Rinsing nozzle high effective spray, have the ability to washing and part of the bottles, excellent washing effect and save water.

The clamp and elevation system sliding bush adopt Germany-lgus brand, canker proof and maintenance less.

Transition wheel

Adopts bottle neck clamping instead if traditional star wheel, no need to adjust machine height of different bottle size. And no need to change any parts. Suit for thin and light bottles, bottle neck clamping plate adopts stainless steel AISI 304.

Filling Machine

Filling machine adopt Italy technology; In the state of full filling, it farthest reduce the material refluence, so it is good for keeping the juice flavor.

The clamp and elevation system sliding bush adopt Germany-lgus brand, no need to lubricate and avoid polluting bottles and filling condition.

UHT connect with filling machine directly, reduce pollution, material feeding style is main liquid transporting pipe is connected with distribute device via special air-proof, avoid the liquid tank different to cleaning, the air-proof ring adopts US Busak+Shamban products.

Filling valve adopts AISI316L stainless construction, and connect with adjusting air-proofing via stainless steel pipe, bottle elevating system make action in the effect of cam, value open and start filling when bottle mouth touch value.

Filling system have the function of temperature controlling, it inspect material temperature and display, stop machine and alarm when the temperature out of standard range. The temperature control range can be reset liquid touch part via CIP and SIP.

Rotor plate adopts AISI 304 stainless steel, filling machine drive power is supplied by bearing. The supporting bearing is big plan dentation ball bearing, it running smoothly and durably, the

Bearing air-proof &waterproof rings prevent water seepage into bearing.

Capping machine

Capping machine is the highest precise part, it have big relation to machine running state and products inferior rate, adopt the top technology of France-ZALKIN capping method, our machines character as bellow:

1)      capping elevation cam system adopts ZALKIN technology, meanwhile the advanced expert and professor make a chance on kinematics and dynamics, it highly improved the characteristic of running smoothly and durably. And the capping heads adopts magnetic configuration design, ensure the capping torque more exact and excellent capping effect.

2)      Assembled bottle enter photoelectric detector, connected with cap locking cylinder of connection part of which cap discharge lead rail and cap taking plate, it control the cap discharge, ensure no cap feeding if no bottles, reduce caps wastage.

3)      The photoelectric eye assembled on the cap discharge lead rail, it alarm when the discharge lead rail no caps feeding.

4)      Between filling and capping machine, a clear water spray nozzle equipped, it can rinsing the unmeant scrap of liquid material what round the mouth.

5)      Special constructed bottle gyre prevent device, more reasonable and durably.

6)      Assembled disinfector spray nozzle, easy to washing and sterilizing the capping mould, gray prevent device and cap discharge plate.

Bottle discharge star wheel

1)      Bottle bottom holding and transporting, the holding plate is helix down curve, different bottle size no need to adjust the machine and convey belt hight.

2)      Assembled bottle block protecting device.

Bottle output convey belt

Adopts frequency conversion speed adjusting motor, keep same step with mono-bloc filling machine, avoid bottles overturn.

Bottle discharge convey belt equipped photoelectric eye, in case the bottles overturn, it will control the mono-bloc filling slow down and stop.

The frame

The frame adopt high grade carbon steel welding and forming, and treated by antirust, and covered by stainless steel (AISI304)

Mono-bloc filling machine drive system equipped under table-board, one motor drive

The motor axes equipped overloading protecting device, ensure the machine runs safety.

Equipped auto focus lubricating system, it can lubricate the driving parts, no need manual lubricating, ensure the machine service life longer.

Control system:

Electric controlling cabinet adopts stainless steel AISI304, PLC control the mono-bloc filling machine all the process from bottle enter to finished bottle output.

Touch screen operation, high speed and take count of every shift, if fault happening, and there will display the details, and start fault happening time and fault class.
