3. SD-HFX-6000 rotary filling and cap-screwing machine adopts low vacuum filling to ensure filling accurately without bubble of leakage. Cap screwing device adopts assorted magnetic pieces-structure to avoid damaging the cap when screwing it on the bottle.
4. The whole process on SD-HFX-6000 machine from entering bottles to carrying our finish products is controlled by PLC. The machine will do filling and cap-screwing when there are bottles on the work position and it will not do filling and cap-screwing when there is not any bottle. It needs to change the bottle conducting board when another kind of bottle is used in production. The machine is easy to operate and to change for different kinds products. And it is suitable for the large production of nutrition liquid, sirup, tincture and medicine for bone. The machine can be combined with bottle rinsing, labeling device to be an automatic line. The part that touches liquid is made of stainless steel 316L.

6. The filling heads designed for one heads(can be designed depend on the product capacity), will not be break the machine when the speed is high or act quickly. The filling parts adopts turn valve type, use many measuring pump separately control the filling quantity, the measuring pump can change the quantity according to the request, measuring accuracy, filling steady, high speed, suit for multitudinous product. When the bottle enter to filling parts, the opto-electrical measure the number of bottle automatically, and filling heads fall to filling automatically, and there is cut-off valve installed, when finish the filling, filling heads replacement, the cut-off valve close, can solve the water-clock problem effectively, high effect, good stability.

At the filling parts, grip the bottle neck, through the lifting institution and under the effect of cam to achieve up and down. Filling adopts common pressure type, bottle mouth up and open the filling valve to finish filling, after finish filling, bottle mouth down and leave filling valve.

7. Also equipped with suck-in equipment, when finish filling in one bottle, the filling heads will breathe, to avoid the water-clock problem, avoid the filling liquid drop.

Also, the feeder can designed for double layer heat, (optional, according to your requirements, the price not include it),  it has stably temperature equipment, and can adjust at random, the control temperature machine can show the number of temperature, also can adjust it, temperature is reliable, and adjust conveniently.

9. If you need put fruit piece in syrup, just need change the filling head.

10. If is hot filling, do not need vacuum capping, because the material is hot, when its colder, it will automatically form vacuum in bottle.
