Bottle Feeding Table

The machine will do rotation and convey the bottles to the conveyor for the next step of a continuous line. It is widely used for the feeding of glass bottles,plastic bottles and so on. Can be customized according to the customer's requirement.

Multi-nozzel Liquid Filler

The machine is designed with 4/6/8-nozzel to make the capacity compatible with customer's requirement.We adopts the piston pump to fulfil the volume control.The nozzel will be automatically closed after liquid filling to prevent leakage. The machine will fill the bottle only that there are  bottles under the nozzel, no bottle no filling.The nozzel adopts anti-leakage design, after the liquid filling the nozzel will be closed to prevent the leak of the liquid part.This is very precise.

Valve Inserting table

When there are bottles passed, the valves will be put into the bottle manually.

Crimping machine

Under the rotary of the platform, the bottle with valve will move to the sealing head. We adopts two heads sealing in order to guarantee output. The sealing head is specially designed according to valve. When sealing the bottle, first step press valve to positionalize it, then sealing claw will seal the bottle. The airproof circle inside the valve will tightly linked to the bottle, so it is beautiful without leakage. 

Propellant Filling machine

You need 3 PCS of this propellant filling machine to make the whole line speed compatible. WE use glass door to cover the three machines to make the gas filling in a chamber.The working principle of charging machine is as follows. Pressure increase pump transform the mixture of liquid and gas into liquid form, then go to complementary pump for storage. When charging work starts, the liquid will absorbed from complementary pump to quantity fix jar, then piston of the quantity fix jar fixes quantity to make sure the precision of the charging task. Quantity fix jar adopts 316L stainless steel, which is anti-corruption with long duration and precise quantity fixing.
You should change rotary platform and gas quantity adjustment when produce different specs. There are scales on quantity fix jar and filling part. You can change the quantity by screw the hand wheel to a proper position.
The machine is controlled by gas, which is safe and explosion-proof.

on-line weight check

Weigher adopts electric weighing controller. It can run stably and precisely with close and tight integrated outlook.

Water bath leakage test

Products with inside pressure often need leak-checking so as to make sure all the products are eligible. Water-bath checking is hang-style, that is to say when there are bottles entering, the clamp of water-bath checking will hold the bottle, then put the bottle into hot water whose temperature between 45 and 52 for about 5 minutes to check whether it is leaking. The clamp will put the bottle to wind blowing system automatically. The hot wind will dry the bottle then convey it to conveyer. The whole process of water-bath checking finished.                             The whole process include: electric heating, temperature-control, automatic bottle clamping, checking, drying, bottle conveying.
