The working process: bottle is conveyed by screw & star wheel to 3 in 1 filling machine. There is bottle clip on the rotary tray of washing machine. The clip rotates the bottle 180°along the track & the inverted bottle enters bottle washing part. Distinctive nozzle blows out juice to wash the inner side of bottle when the bottle is conveyed to a special area.  The bottle is rotated 180°again after washing drying. The washed bottle is conveyed to filling head through star wheel. The bottle entered filling part is clipped by splint, the lifting device controls its up & down. Filling head adopts gravity filling. The filling is finished by beak pushing opening filling valve.  The bottle enters capping machine through star tray. The blocker on the capping head block bottle neck to stop its rotation. The capping head keep rotating to finish capping under the action of cam. The filled & capped bottle is transferred to conveyor & sent out of the 3 in 1 machine. The whole machine is closed by sealed window. The height of the window is higher than the top of the machine. Necessary passage is left for the in & out of bottle. And theres air exhaust device in the bottom of window.
